Queer + Trans Processing & Support Group
Lately, I have been truly enjoying providing group therapy to support queer and trans adults (located in Georgia) navigating anxiety, fear, and helplessness in the current political climate. I’m passionate about helping to create a contained space to process with community in a way that is productive and not too overwhelming. As a group, we’ll explore how to navigate these big feelings and our current context in a way that hopefully feels more manageable.
I typically offer my groups in 6-8 week cycles, so even if the current one is closed, I encourage you to email me if you’re interested in signing up for an upcoming group.
Neurodivergent LGBTQIA+ Processing & Support Group
Finding a sense of community and connection is an increasingly urgent need for many, but it can be hard to cultivate social connections when you’re feeling preoccupied by anxiety about social interactions and political climate. This group is intended to facilitate therapeutic connection amongst peers with similar experiences to reduce social anxiety, build confidence, and build a better understanding of the unique experiences of neurodivergence.
For the purpose of this group, “neurodivergent” is an umbrella term to describe ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD experiences and welcomes anyone whether you are questioning/exploring, self-identified, or clinically diagnosed. If the term resonates with you at all, you are welcome!
